Franzoni

Is this a newly added brand to Shapings?  Or have I not noticed them before?
Can you tell us something about them?  Are they a stand alone brand, or are they under a larger umbrella manufacturer that we might be familiar with?  I've never heard of them before, and never seen or heard any influencers talk about them or review any of their products.

The one thing I noticed in the selection you have brought to Shapings is that the entire Piu styles of 8, 15 and 20 denier, are all without a gusset.  Ouch!  It kind of makes sense at that price point, but that is a bit of deal breaker for me.  That's not at all comfortable, and can be quite irritating and painful if one wears them commando, as one might prefer to do in the warmer weather.

2 other styles are support and come with a heavy rather opaque denier rating.  The Capriccio 12 stay up stockings look nice but I don't often wear stay ups.  I actually prefer classic gartered types more, if I'm wanting to wear something a little more riské and freeing than pantyhose on a very warm summer's evening.  I already have several differents stay ups to select from.

Franzoni is a brand under the BC Calze parent company.  They also have a branded line under the BC Calze label plus Jolie Folie.  We will be introducing the Jolie Folie soon.   They cross share the yarns through their brands and sell them in areas of Italy where they feel each brand will be most appreciated.

They are well priced and we buy direct from them making them even more affordable as there is no importer middleman.

As for the Capriccio 12, we do have the stocking version posted.

I do realize the no-gusset can be an issue for some but you would be surprised as how many requests we receive about panties without a cotton gusset.   These would be better to be worn with panties in my opinion.
