I remember someone asking if clothes improve the look of a body. I guess if they didn't the fashion industry wouldn't be nearly the size it is today. Clothes are more than functional, they can elicit certain feelings, classify you, sexualize you, embolden you, etc. A female in a business outfit, an aerobics instructor, a lady in a sexy gown, a traditional office secretary, a professional cheerleader all dress in ways that have that sexual appeal to me.
It is hard for me to pinpoint one specific item that I find that looks stunning and feels amazing when paired with pantyhose. Satin, seems to be a complimentary fabric to pantyhose, it has a glamorous finish and a smooth texture. A lot of loungewear and sleepwear are made of this fabric, along with women's blouses. For men, the selection is limited but I can see how it is enjoable to pair a satin item with pantyhose. It is kind of like a tactile adventure. I have tried it and do like the interaction between the two fabrics. The way it drapes over the body, the smoothness, the elegant shine. I think a satin robe is one item that really looks and feels sensual with pantyhose.
A leotard is a very sexy item that looks stunning on women. There are tank, short sleeve, long sleeve, turtleneck. When a female in great shape slips into a pair of pantyhose then adds a leotard that clings to her body it is a beautiful look. It was also a fashion craze back in the '80's. One has to be confident with their body to pull off the look but when they do, it is outstanding. When I was around thirteen I found an opportunity to try a dark blue long sleeve leotard with legwear. In privacy, I put on the legwear then worked into the leotard. I really enjoyed the snug fit and the coverage on my body. Even today I enjoy the pantyhose/leotard combination...the look of sheer hosiery under a body hugging tank leotard is both visually and tactilely pleasing.
A lady in a pencil skirt, pantyhose and heels really gets my attention. When the skirt forms to her body and accents her curves it is delightful. The skirt has that feminine look. It pairs exceptionally well with pantyhose and stilettos. I do also like shorter skirts but I prefer when skirts are plain with no unique features. A tight skirt does look great as long as it sculpts the body. A slip, although not a skirt but definitely looks like a skirt is another item that feels nice against the body and over pantyhose. So, I would definitely include a skirt as an item that I enjoy with pantyhose. As far as trying the combination myself, I have. I figured it is a great look on women so why not satisfy that curiosity. Finding the right size took some attempts. Going to a department store, looking for something that I liked, and then going into the men's dressing rooms to see if it fit was part of the adventure. And then the scary part of taking the item to the counter for purchase. There was also the excitement of owning the skirt on my own and seeing what it was going to be like wearing it with pantyhose. What I did like was the lining on the inside of the skirt that felt smooth to the touch. Being a male, I felt a bit conflicted as I assembled the skirt, pantyhose and a pair of stilettos. I didn't aspire to look like a female or want to be a female I just simply wanted to try a skirt with pantyhose. So, I put the items together on my bed. I chose a suntan/brownish pair of pantyhose that I thought would look nice paired with the black skirt and heels. I carefully slid the pantyhose up my legs and around my waist making sure they were in proper position. I grabbed the skirt. It had a zipper inthe back for ease of access. I worked my feet through the opening and pulled them up my legs. The skirt lining felt nice and silky against my legs as I worked the skirt up to my waist. I reached around the back and pulled up the zipper feeling the cinch. I took the patent stiletto heels and placed them over my feet. Wow, here I was transformed from the waist down. An interesting look indeed, this was something you only find that women wear, so to see my male physique in this outfit was a bit strange. I did like how things came together, the skirt looked professional, my legs looked classy and my feet looked elegant. I also enjoyed the feel. When I got up to walk, the skirt was airy and the lining slid comfortably over the pantyhose. To me it was a fun and new experience and that is why I would add skirt as an item I like to pair with pantyhose.
