Are seamless tights really better for shaping & all-day comfort?

  • I’m looking into seamless tights for everyday wear and light shaping, and I keep seeing mixed opinions online. Some say they offer better comfort and a smoother silhouette, while others claim there’s no real difference compared to regular tights.

Has anyone here tried Limerence M seamless tights specifically?
    I’m curious about:

    • Waistband comfort (no rolling?)

    • How they look under fitted dresses

    • Durability after multiple wears

    • Whether they actually feel “invisible” on the body

Would love to hear real experiences before buying. Thanks!

  • @Tim David 3 years ago on this forum, these was quite a detailed discussion that broke out on the topic of Limerance products.

  • Seamless, IMO, does give a nice pouch for male wearers. The downside to many seamless offereings is the height of the waistband. They are usually not high enough and are rather uncomfortable to me. Noosh has created, again IMO, the best ever.  The waistband is high enough to feel like a normal pair of under thingys, and it wont slip down.  The yarn on the 'Gloss' version is shiny, smooth, glides well enough when rubbed together, and just feels darn nice to the touch.  The price however, leaves a much larger dent in the pocketbook.  I have found a few in AliExpress that I like as well and can put up a link later on for them.

I have tried Limerence, and while they are EXTREMELY nice, they fall short in the sizing department for taller people.  Even the styles that are sold in XL are a bit too short for a 36" inseam. I would buy them again, but the ones I have found on Ali are the nearly, if not identical, for much less $$.

  • Agrreed that they have that barley there feeling and feel amazing on my male anatomy  but i prefer the sheer matt versions i just prefer the soft feeling panthose.

They can be expensive though and need to pulled on with extreem care as when pulling the waste band up most will tear up top and ladder easily . Best to pull the legs up as higg as possible first then the waist band.

I have found some seamless on ebay which are made with male nylon added which are really really soft and feel very erotic and are aroind £8 a pair i dont know how they do these at that price but they feel amaizing.

I have 15 denier to try from calzedonia just hope they last as they do deel soft in the packet.

  • We have a couple new styles by Franzoni.  The Freedom 10 and 20's.  Soft and very extendable especially in the panty where you find seamless to lack in stretch from crotch to waist.  These have great stretch to allow for full coverage with the waistband nice and high without being a hipster like many seamless styles out there.

  • Thanks for advice, I think now there is not much crowd here.

  • Ah, seamless tights!  I have tried four different brands. I have bought, but not yet tried on - a pair of Limerance M seamless.

Achieving the fit one would consider ideal in tights is sometimes hit-or-miss. Your hip size and leg inseam should be compared to the size chart of the maker of the hosiery, though there is some leeway.  I find that a medium size fits me very well in Wolford, Fiore, Aristoc, but in the Italian and Spanish brands, I need Large in order to have enough leg length. In Cecilia de Rafael Sevilla 15 denier, I always bought Large / 4 , and the fit on my legs, hips and waist was perfection - no looseness around my ankles, and the legs were long enough so that the gusset area was in full contact with my intimate areas - no gap at all, just as it should be.  In this regard, my experience with seamless tights has been one of utter satisfaction. I don't know if the construction makes the tights a little more adaptable than conventional hosiery, but all the seamless examples I have worn have fitted me from toe to waist - and everywhere in between - truly like a second skin. No loose material anywhere, just perfect cling and fit.

The first seamless tights I wore are Heist 30 denier, low waist, black.  The waistband is quite large, but very comfortable and stays put. The fit on the legs and body is beyond perfection, and the feeling is a delight. Very stretchy, elastic, clingy. Beautifully made.

The next seamless tights I bought are Wolford Fatal 15 denier.  The fit, the feel, and the finish is terrific. I love them!

I have several Cecilia de Rafael Libero Seamless. These are a great favourite! The fit is, once again, like a second skin. Gorgeous appearance, and very touchable!  Nicely made too. Comfortable waistband without being TOO thick or deep.

The final pair I wish to mention, I unfortunately do not know the brand name.  I actually bought these from a Japanese girl. She is much smaller than me in height, and a little smaller in hip size. I don't know what size her tights are - I can't read the label - but they are a Japanese brand.  A nude shade, very sheer, I'm guessing 10 denier.  These tights look tiny!   I tried them on, not expecting to even get them up to my waist, but to my astonishment and delight, they stretched up and up my legs, over my hips, and into position on my waist, without any feeling that they were over-stretched. Oh, the fit and the sensation - heavenly!  I wish I could find out the manufacturer!

I am very much in love with seamless tights.  I must try some of Shapings latest offerings soon.
