  Miley Cyrus definitely deserves a high spot on the list! She surely loves pantyhose. Furthermore there is a Dutch celeb called Eva Jinek that has great legs too, she may not be famous worldwide but her legs make her deserve a spot on the list!

  Almost forgot...Kelsey Kerstine is another that used to post constantly in pantyhose/tights both nude and black colors when she was in the news/media.

  @Corné van Pelt Yes good call. Other singers always seem to be in pantyhose Tate McRae, Sabrina Carpenter, and Dua Lipa both on and off stage.

  1- Kelsey Kernstine (although seems to be off social media now - used to show a ton in black & nude colors)

  2- Kate Middleton (also seems to be breaking the Royal Family code in the recent year)

  3- Sydney Sweeney (always wears and always black)

  4- Dia Lupa (again always wears and always black)

  5- Ariana Grande (love that she wears nude colrs)
